    WIndows 10 - Handwriting package


    Hello


    I have a Pro surface with Windows 10.
    For security reasons, this device is not connected to the Internet.
    We first configured the device in French and then changed the configuration to English
    But the handwriting option asks us to download a package

    Can you give me a link to download this package to put it on a USB stick and then install it on my device.

    How can I disable handwriting (ink) in Windows 10?

    Thank you but I would prefer you to post the steps to follow here so we share them with the community.

    On a side note, I have started a feature suggestion in the microsoft user voice webpage to petition for a handwriting toggle:

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
