Windows 10: Windows 10 Hangs on Setup

Hey everyone,
Every time I try to reinstall Windows 10 it always hangs when I have to input my time zone, no keyboard inputs or mouse registration however keyboard and mouse works on BIOS, this is the screen that I get stuck at:

I realize the inconvenience you are experiencing in upgrading to Windows 10. I certainly help you.

This issue might occur, if there is incompatibility with graphic/display drivers or any third party software conflicts.

Before proceeding further, I would like to ask few questions:

1. Does the blank screen refers to black screen? (If yes, please follow the steps mentioned in method 2)

Method 1: For the issue in downloading Windows 10; stuck at “Getting a few things ready”.

Method 2: For the issue with blank/black screen, follow the steps provided below and check.

Steps 1: Troubleshoot the issue in safemode with Networking.

1. Press and hold the SHIFT key on keyboard and simultaneously click on Restart option.

2. Once your PC restarts, on the Choose an option screen, tap or click Troubleshoot. If you don't see the Startup Settings option, tap or click Advanced options.

3. Tap or click Startup Settings.

4. Tap or click Restart.

5. On the Startup Settings screen, choose the startup setting for Safe Mode with Networking (Generally F5 key is pressed to select this setting).

6. Sign in to your PC with a user account that has administrator rights.

If the laptop boots in Safe Mode then, try step 2.

If the issue occurs due to any of the third party software, then you may refer to the manufactures’ website and install the latest display/graphic drivers for the device.

If you can get into bios you may just have to enable usb keyboard legacy support in there , it may be turned off *Smile
