    My PC running windows 10 Pro is powering off every few days, and everytime it does it this is the last event Application Event LogSuccessfully scheduled Software Protection service for re-start at 2124-04-15T18:18:13Z. Reason: RulesEngine.The event just before this is Updated Windows Defender status successfully to SECURITY_PRODUCT_STATE_ON.System event log - an update was in progressWindows Update started downloading an update.I normally turn off Windows defender - as this completely point

    • Click OK

    About your concern with Windows 10 power options, applied settings may not be recognized due to several reasons. We suggest that you run the Windows 10 Power troubleshooter. Here are the steps to follow:
