I've had a few BSODs recently, the latest happened while I had left my PC unattended for about half an hour. I'm uploading the file requested for analysis and also running Belarc Advisor to gather information about my system:-

Repeated blue screens from NT Kernel & System during sleep

Every time I leave my computer unattended for a while and it goes to sleep, it never recovers. It seems that while it is entering sleep, it runs into a critical error of some sort.

The device is a brand new Surface Book i5, running Windows 10 10586.36.

All of the errors recently have been coming from ntoskrnl.exe, not any particular device, so I'm not sure if it's a driver I can reinstall.

The latest couple of minidumps, as well as the last memory dump, can be found here: MemDumps

    Any ideas about a solution?

  3. Computer has crashed 4 times since latest updates

    Newest upgrade.

My computer decided to update itself while I was away for lunch break. 3 hours later it finally finished saying stuff about new features etc. My computer has crashed 4 times now, requiring me to pull the battery as I have no control. Anyone know what I can
do to resolve the issue? it's impossible to find a direct line of contact to Microsoft (funnily enough)
