Windows 10: Windows 10 has screwed up my PC D:windows\system32\logfiles\srt\srtrail.txt

Hello everyone - I have had a very unpleasant experience with Windows. As you know, Windows updates itself from time to time and the last update has completely ruined my PC. I cannot open windows in safe mode, I cannot reset my PC, I can't do anything at all that brings me to the desktop. I am stuck in the blue interface that says "Continue, Troubleshoot, Turn off your PC" and any action I try from these three results unsuccessful.


Few messages I have been receiving that I would like to share with you:


- Your PC ran into a problem. We'll restart it for you

- Process 1 Initialization failed

- D: is corrupted

- Automatic repair couldnt repair your PC

- D:windows\system32\logfiles\srt\srtrail.txt

- I have Windows7_OS which I updated to Windows 10


I have spent many hours trying to fix solutions I have read online. I have tried all the variations of chkdsk (time consuming) and various methods shown online using cmd.


Furthermore I have called MS support UK and they have been very unhelpful. They suggested me to reset the PC and when they realised I could not reset it given the bug they told me a level 2 technician would call and I spent 3 hours waiting for a call that I never received. I called today again and they have had me waiting on the phone for 45 min to tell me that someone else would call me today.


I do not understand how an update has caused such damage into my PC which btw I only use with MS office (no games or fancy software).


My intuition tells me that the most probable solution is to install windows from another PC but seems very complex and I actually do not have another PC. Any IT support in London that could do that for me? Could someone please give me good advice on how to fix my PC and avoid paying £1000 for a new PC to which may happen the same thing (except I go for Apple).

This error i am receiving on my computer when i try to start my pc.The windows runs automatic repairs and diagnosing error and comes up with this error.please help.

I am having 500Gb storage acer laptop running on windows 10. C drive of 200GB and d drive of 300GB. Two days before i have intalled ubuntu 18 alongside windows 10 on partion size of 32GB which i shrinks from C drive where my Windows 10 is installed. Only
37GB was remaining in C drive. My D drive is all OK after two days I start my PC with this error

I want to safely uninstall ubuntu but this error occur only ubuntu is working properly.

I am having some important data on C drive and also D drive contains my personal data.

Please help by answering.
