Windows 10: Windows 10 has the spinning circle forever and i can't boot into safe mode

Right so this started awhile ago and i have looked absolutely everywhere and i cannot find any help on it. Basically i didnt use my computer for a few weeks and when i went to use it again the computer loaded up to the windows logo with the spinning dots. I left it alone for almost an hour and a half and nothing happened it's still spinning. Lots of research into the problem later i hard restarted it 3 times and got to a page saying "Preparing automatic system repair" or something along the lines of that. I let that do its thing for a little bit and then it loaded into a black screen with noth

Spinning circle - Unable to boot pc or enter safe mode

Hi

I hope someone can offer some advice as I am completely stuck.

I know there are lots of topics about this issue and I have checked some but I still haven't found an answer that helps my issue.

The main problem is that I have the blue screen with the spinning circle when trying to boot my pc (windows 10) and I cannot find a way to enter safe mode. I have read that you should press ctrl+alt+delete which will bring up a menu but for me it does not.

I tried f8 when booting to enter safe mode but that did nothing.

I also read that if you can get to the login screen you can press the power button in the corner to reboot in to safe mode, however when I occasionally do see the background image appear where the login screen usually is, there is no login box or power button,
only the network icon. Pressing anything at all brings up the spinning circle again.

I unplugged everything from the pc (Inc. network cable) except the monitor and power cable and the issue still remains.

I am lost for what to do now as nothing i have tried works and I am stuck with this spinning circle!

Also to note, this started out as an issue with apps not loading so i found a site with a number of suggestions, one of which was to change permissions on the c drive.

This didn't solve the issue but I noticed that it had removed my pc pin for some reason and when I tried to add it again nothing would happen, I clicked add and nothing.

In the end I did the windows reset pc method hoping that would sort it out and after this the issue still remained.

I downloaded a program from tweaking.com to reset windows 10 permissions and before running it it suggested to switch the pc off and unplug etc to drain the power. When I turned the pc back on is when i got the spinning circle for the first time.

Hopefully I haven't missed anything, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Boot stalls with windows logo and circle stops spinning

When I tried to start Windows 10, apparently, with the Windows logo, you see the animated circles at the bottom. It spins as normal , but after a few some minutes , it stalls, like it stops spinning, and freezes the whole thing. I did however managed to
boot into Safe mode, and everything is working fine (except the downsized screen, which is normal for safe mode). But when I did Safe Mode with networking, the spinning circles got stuck again. I thought it was the Node.js i tried to uninstall, but apparently
due to safe mode, I can't turn on the Windows Installer. But now I'm starting to realize , maybe the night before this happen , a Windows Update had occurred,I think I accidentally stopped the process and forced a shutdown. That may be a culprit but I'm not
sure. Help ????

 

Windows 10 Black Spinning Circle with Cursor Pointer Before Login screen

I am in Windows 10 14393.2046 Build and during Boot I am Experiencing Black screen with a cursor and spinning circle ,having updated my Graphics Card Drivers Up to Date and Windows 10 1607 Cumulative Updates too.Since i didnt have any startup issues in
Windows 8.1 ,10240 as well as 10586 builds and i performed all troubleshooting steps and annoyed me.I can say that it is a windows issue and you have to sort it out ,only problem is
