Windows 10: windows 10 Help needed - C Drive access denied

You MUST know the exact name of your account name.

1) Download the .reg file and save on Desktop
2) Right click -> Edit
3) Using Ctrl+F to find, find Admin and replace it with your account name (is your account name 1 word?) There are 8 entries for Admin, replace them all. (It would sound strange to replace those because they're called Admin, yet that is my account name I made, i called it Admin)
4) Save the file
5) Double click the file -> Yes -> OK
6) Right click C:/ and select that
7) It will take time, double click C:/ a few second later, hopefully it will let you open that first tree of folders.
