Windows 10: Windows 10 help OEM

Ok so since I have an unlicensed windows 10 (I used to have a licensed windows 7 but my computer blue screened and the IT guy gave me an unlicensed windows 10 I didn't think much about it) a watermark has show up on my screen it says activate windows 10 (or something along those lines). Now I don't mind the watermark I can live with it but what I do mind is that I cant use none of the Microsoft Office applications which I need since my university went online I have to do a lot of online work. Now my question is if I get a windows 10 OEM from a key reselling site (i really don't have that much money to spend on the full version) will I be able to use the Microsoft Office applications or do I need to get a key for that too? Dude, go to Newegg right now and read the questions and answers tab on Windows 10 OEM. The OEM copies that are listed there DO in fact, come on an optical disc. The flash drive ONLY comes on Retail copies.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
