Windows 10: Windows 10 HELP!!!! Please

O my god! Can someone please help me? I used one of my external harddrives to make a flashdrive version of Windows 10 upgrade so I can upgrade another pc. My problem is that it totally deleted all of my info which contained all of my backup info + 1000s of other video files that I use for work. Is there anyone that can help me recover my files or am I totally screwed. I have 6 years of videos that was on that drive. I have a 4tb seagate USB A external. I also have personal files that I also need back. PLEASE HELP. Thank you.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
