Windows 10: Windows 10 help

Hey so a built a pc yeeears ago. I cant remember what we did to get windows but I pretty sure we just bought a copy in store.

Now that license is tied to my account on my old pc which my dad mainly uses now. But now im building a whole new pc. Im wondering how to go about this? Im leaving that pc for my dad.

Whats the cheapest LEGIT way to do this? Can i just use my account on my new pc? From what ive heard you cant have 1 license active on 2 pcs. But i also wonder if i buy a new license using a retail store copy when I eventually build a new pc and sell my pc or whatever in the future can I transfer that new license to a new pc if its a retail copy?

I am using my Microsoft account regardless on my new pc. Its got games attached to it that i want like forza.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
