Windows 10: WIndows 10 help

Seems I'm having an issue that started annoying but getting worse.. So far they're start up issues. At first, It would take forever to get to sign on screen. Id press Cntrl/Alt/delete and sometimes it worked-sometimes not.


Then it progressed to, when I was able to get on, there'd be about 2 minutes where my screen was froze-I could move my cursor, but it was ineffective till suddenly my windows would go crazy bc of course I hit a bunch of tabs & **** while waiting impatiently..


It's gone from that to now, I get no sign in screen, no nothing. I start up by hitting the off button, restart, comes back-nothing. No Dell logo, no picture of my dog.. just blank space..


I notice when I shut down and go to restart I hold down the button for 5 seconds, I'll get the Dell logo and eventually can sign in..


If you ask me, those Twitter guys did something to my stuff bc they're all up on some **** with politics. But that's probably just my paranoia and just a coincidence.


I'm using windows 10 on a dell 2720 all in one. Oh also I notice there's been updates that my computer won't take.


I appreciate any help I get..!

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
