Windows 10: WINDOWS 10 . HIGH CPU, MEMORY AND DISK USAGE

Suddenly I'm having the concerning issue of all programs and processes I run Utilizing absurd amounts of my resources. Having Google Chrome alone open can use up to 60% of my memory, 8-40% CPU and 50% disk space. Opening Minecraft and other games can utilize 100% disk space and around 80% for memory and cpu. I've tried Solutions like defrag, I don't think its the problem of superfetch or a background program, as like i said, it is the Average programs I open, to which all of my resources seem to go.

Something to note: my Paged Pool under memory usage is 169 and Non-paged pool is 219MB im not sure if this is relevant or not

but i would appreciate any sort of advice or tips.

Step 1:

Hit Windows Key + R Type in regedit and then hit Enter.

Step 2:

Go to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management in the editor.

Step 3:

Find ClearPageFileAtShutDown and change its value to 1.

Step 4:

Restart the computer.

You may also try to tap or click the Notification Center icon in the Windows 10 system tray and tap or click All Settings.

Tap or click the System icon (for display, notification, apps, power – and other things).

Go to Notifications & Actions and deselect the "Show me tips about Windows" option.

Your CPU utilization should be back to normal.

Try to perform as well a Windows Update, you may be missing some important updates that can help stabilize your high CPU and Disk usage.

High Disk/Memory usage

It has been about more than 2 weeks since I re-installed windows 10. Issue still occurs, it's really frustrating. Your steps didn't helped. CPU usages is okay, not really high, but disk usage always goes at least to 70% when I open any program on my computer.
