    Hi all,



    I bought me a new Laptop convertable with an High Dpi Screen 3840x2160.

    The problem can be seen in the screenshot below. I have no idea what is going wrong here?

    Anyone having the same issue and perhaps a solution for this?

    Hi,

    Q: Have you tried with other images that have better resolution? ( 4k )

    A: This is a Photo copied from my camera (20MP), so this should be sufficient. Yes, I tried other images. This issue only occurs if
    Tablet Mode is activated. If it's disabled, the wallpaper looks as expected.

    Q: What is the model of your laptop please?

    A: It is a Lenovo X1 Yoga (Gen 5)

    Q: And did you check if you have any Windows updates? As well as your video card?

    A: Yes I did, there is nothing left to be updated

    Disable High DPI Automatic Scaling

    Hello,

    What we can suggest to resolve the issue with your DPI settings is by following the steps on this
    article. Please note that these are only workarounds. DPI Scaling issues can be very tricky as these
    can involve multiple PC configuration. You would need to report this on our
    Feedback Hub     for our Engineers to be notified of the issue as stated on the article.

    Update us if there are improvements.
