Hello All,My PC has recently started having this issue where all monitors 3 will go black all of a sudden; when this happens I can still hear the sound of the game/ other sounds as if all that happened was that the screen was off. It sometimes crashes a few minutes afterwards and reboots. There is no particular timeframe for it to happen; sometimes its quick, sometimes it takes hours before it happens. 'Generic PnP monitor' issue

Hello Angelica,

I would suggest you follow steps to update the monitor driver:

Press Windows + X keys

Choose Device manager

Click on Monitors

Right click on ‘Generic PnP monitor’ and click on update driver

Tap on Browse my computer for driver software

Tap on Let me pick from a list of available drivers

Choose ‘Generic PnP monitor’ and tap on Next

When you are done please restart the computer.
