Windows 10: Windows 10 High Latency and other problems

Hi to everybody I decided to write you because i have some problems on my machine that now are so annoying I try to explain from the beginning: I use my PC to make music, and i always had the problem of crackling audio but i never worried about In the last period this problem became much more invasive and became tough to work with, so in these past days I made some research and i found, in other threads on the internet, that the problem could be the high latency on some driver. In the past i had a big issue with the graphic card: everytime i tried to update it, and after it wasn't work anymore, so i began to be afraid of updating drivers I installed Latencymon to check, and i found that many driver had latency, also the log was warning me about underruns so i began to try to find a solution, but without results I updated the Radeon software and the graphic card hoping in some positive changes, but nothing changed (the only positive thing is that i got the graphic card update without any problem this time) Today when I turned on the Pc i noticed also that is more slow than before all this, and the search bar near the start button, stopped to work (everytime i try to write in, it freeze and then crashes, it is unusuable) Thanks in advance, and sorry if my English sucks Here some info from Latencymon:

Windows 10: High DPC latency (ndis.sys)

Recently, my audio has been crackling and popping and glitching, and I wanted to see what the fuss was all about. I tried everything. Until I found out that my DPC latency was dangerously high. I ran it through the DPC Latency Checker and LatencyMon, and
apparently the problem was "ndis.sys". I've literally tried EVERYTHING. Here's a list of what I've done to resolve this problem:

• Updating drivers
• Changing the power plan
• Disabling the dynamic ticking
• Updating the graphics cards drivers
• Disabling Firewall
• Disabling IPv6
• Uninstalling Bonjour
• Disabling Energy Efficient Ethernet
• Disabling/re-enabling drivers
• Adding PerfLevelSrc, PowerMizerEnable, PowermizerLevel, and PowermizerLevelAC values to Registry Editor
• Uninstalling antivirus software
• Modifying the "Start" value in the Registry Editor's value to 4

UPDATE: Recently, the DPC latency has declined, which is good, however it still sometimes has latency-spikes and I still don't have proper DPC latency.

I believe DPC Latency Checker does not support WIN 10. Please try LatencyMon and check.

I had this issue so thought of sharing.
