    I am having a horrible day! I have been up all night! I was not helped by this answer I had a little different problem about the same thing. If you to settings and reset the apps. It did help. Slowly things have been coming back. Still there are over 60% that were removed. Go to Start go to an app right click or hold the button it worked. If you got a list of apps removed a few have appeared and I highlight one an followed what's next I feel we can get them restored. But my list has been just there for 3 days. Good luck
