Windows 10: Windows 10 home for refurb pcs

Dear Microsoft, dear Community,I just bought a new laptop and it came with a sticker saying that it runs a Windows 10 Home for Refurb Pcs.Now since this was or should've been a completely new laptop Asus Zenbook 14 OLED I contacted the seller.They said that this is completely normal and this is how the manfucaturer / Microsoft does it.I just want to verify: is this true? I've never seen such a sticker before and it feels a bit weird why the manufacturer would put such a sticker on a new higher tier laptop. If it is truly the usual practice then all good of course.Thanks in advance and best

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows 10 pro for refurb pc

Hello. My company bought a refurb laptop Dell E6330, with a licence windows 10 pro for refurb pc´s.

We have a hard disk, a button and a motheboard problem. We decided to buy a new laptop but we want to use the licence from the dell laptop. It´s that possible? How do i proceed to use that licence?

I am sorry a refurb licence cannot be transferred to another PC or Motherboard, that is locked to the motherboard on that refurbished PC, only a full Windows 10 retail licence can be transferred to another P . .
