Windows 10: Windows 10 home license expired?

So, I have a company that keeps my computer updated and secure and lets me know when I need to do something. Today they call and tell me that my Windows 10 license has expired and that I need to purchase a new Windows 10 basic license or my security MacAfee will no longer work. My laptop has Windows 10 home, Build 19042. Does this make sense? It just seems like every year they call and want me to purchase some "upgrade" or something that I HAVE to have and I spend another $150-$200. Please help???

The vendor installed a non-genuine license. Windows 10 Enterprise is only for large organizations that install Windows 10 in bulk to hundreds or thousands of computers. It is not for individual use.

Windows license will expire soon

​Hi all

I have recently factory restored my hp envy windows 10. Now i have this message "WINDOWS LICENSE WILL EXPIRE SOON". Im not sure if this is important but i have sent in my hp envy for warranty repairs on the hard disk drive. I bought my hp with windows 10 home edition, but when I sent it in for repairs it came back with windows 10 pro. Any suggestions
