Windows 10: Windows 10 Home liscense installed, but Windows 10 Pro is currently installed on Computer

Hey,


I recently saw the Activate Windows message in the bottom of my screen,

I troubleshooted the problem and it told me I had a key for Windows 10 Home, but the Pro version is installed.

I went to the tool to install windows, but it kept installing Windows 10 Pro onto the USB disk, instead of Home,

Could I please get some help in downgrading my windows to Windows 10 Home.

Clean Windows 10 (?PRO?) install

As far as I am aware there is no Windows 10 Pro version.
But I'd be happy to be wrong.

I have bought a legit "Windows 10 Pro" key of a key website. It is legit since i'm currently using it for over a year now. I currently have Windows 10 Pro installed on my PC and I want to do a clean install. I just can't find the windows 10 Pro download in the tool. But if i could use a windows 10 pro key with a normal windows 10 install, I'll be good to go.

 

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
