Windows 10: Windows 10 Home Single Language Activation failed error-0x803fa067 when upgraded from...

Hi,Yesterday I upgraded my Windows 8.1 Single Language to Windows 10 Home Single Language through the Media Creation Tool. I have my original product key of Windows 8.1 with me and when I try to activate Windows 10, an error occurs - "We can't activate Windows on this device because you don't have a valid digital license or product key. If you think you do have a valid license or key, select Troubleshoot below. 0x803fa067"I haven't replaced any hardware only upgraded 4GB RAM to 8GB RAMCan't I use my Windows 8.1 product key for activation?Please help

Activation/Upgrade Error 0x803fa067

I tried to Updgrade my windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro.
I tried it with the default key that upgrades Windows 10 to pro without activating it(which is done in the second step).

The Universal-Key for Windows 10 Pro which is published by Microsoft is VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T. I tried that one but I get the error 0x803fa067.

I first tried it with the Windows 10 Settings using the Change Product Key Button in the Activation "Tab" And second with the command slmgr.vbs -ipk VK7JG-...
Both methods werent succesfull.

What the error originally means is: you don't have a digital licence or a valid Product Key.
I guess either the newly bought laptop was delivered with a fraudulent license( then microsoft is bluntly lying to me)





or the error message isn't quite correct. In this case I would go with my second guess

I am not sure why this Problem occures, so my question is: why do I get the Error 0x803fa067?
I am aware of the fact that I could reinstall Windows 10 Pro(which is the way I will probably do it) but I am intrigued to know how I could resolve the Problem without spending those extra 15 minutes.

 

Windows 10 Home Single language cannot activate

I recently own a windows 8 single language which come with a pre-install windows while buying a Sony Vaio, I download Win 8.1 single language from the official website and boot again with it, It can get activate without any problems. I got Windows 10
upgrade notification, due to slow in internet connection I could not upgrade. So I download the iso of Windows 10 Home single language through MediaCreationToolx64 from the official microsoft. Booting goes perfect, but I cannot activate the windows. activating
error (Error code: 0xC004C003) I try activating with 'SLUI 4' still activation error. If any option please do suggest me.

 

Upgrade to Windows 10 Home Single Language: Failed

Good day.

I am upgrading my Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 for a week now. I encountered this particular problem: failing to upgrade to Windows 10 Home Single Language with an error code: 80200013. I tried to update it 18 times now but to no avail. Can anyone help me?
If there is something I can do, please describe it step by step as my knowledge on this subject is fairly limited.
