Windows 10: Windows 10 Home Single Language upgrade to Windows 10 Pro DVD OS

We have several units of laptops with Windows 10 Home Single Language.Recently, we purchased Windows 10 Pro DVD OS for an upgrade. We followed several procedures on the web and input the Product Key on the DVD but all of the keys were invalid.These are genuine Win 10 Pro and were bought from an official Microsoft reseller.The error message was "the product key you entered didn't work. Error 0xc004f050". Can anyone help with this?BTW, the laptop reseller mentioned that regular upgrades via Windows settings cannot be done and advised to do a full fresh reformat install of the Win 10 Pro.

I've added Windows 10 Anniversary Update (1607) 'client combined single language' ESDs and decryptor to the op.

Client Combined Single Language includes:
Windows 10 Pro, Windows 10 Home, Windows 10 Home Single Language, Windows 10 Education

 

Clean Windows 10 (?PRO?) install

No, in my language I just have the windows 10 and windows 10 N version. In the standard american version I see windows 10, windows 10 Home Single Language, and windows 10 N.
