    Windows 10 Home stuttering in start menu and in games


    Hello, Okay, so I'm having a couple of issues here; and I'm not sure if they are related.Last night i logged on to my computer to do some gaming. I noticed that the star menu was popping up with the usual speed but the animation wasn't as smoothly. I started up Sea of Thieves, and when the main menu loaded it looked like it was running at about 5 frames per second. I pulled up the task manager to see if there were any background processes eating up resources and everything seemed to be normal. Next, I loaded Serious Sam 4, and had the same issue. I continued to test other games and had the sam
