    Windows 10 Home to Prof Activation Problem


    brand new hp desktop computer
    windows 10 home 64bit
    activated windows 10
    upgraded to windows 10 professional from microsoft store
    failed upgrade install
    restarted computer
    tried upgrade again
    system: windows 10 enterprise edition installed
    and now it says windows 10 not activated
    ran activation troubleshooter
    did not correct the problem
    did a full system restore
    still indicates window 10 enterprise edition
    when i click on the support link it brings me to microsoft enterprise support
    and of course i cannot login

    did a full system recovery to bring back to windows 10 home edition
    still shows windows 10 enterprise edition
    it appears you can no longer call microsoft support or store support
