Windows 10: Windows 10 Hotspots still not working after multiple updates.

Hi, you may or may not have heard that a few updates ago the windows hotspot feature was broken for some computers including my own. I have not found a fix for this except for upgrading to Windows 11 which is an operating system that has given me multiple mental breakdowns, so I decided to go back to windows 10.

Now I cannot downgrade to the windows version that had working hotspots since my first instinct was just doing a factory reset since I couldn't find any other solutions and it wasn't known that the update broke hotspots yet.

Is there any way for me to get hotspots working again on Windows 10? Since they fixed the issue on Windows 11 but haven't fixed it on Windows 10 yet and probably never will. Thanks in advance.

Edit: I should mention that the issue I'm having with hotspots is that it just completely breaks all internet connections and causes firefox to crash. More on it here:

Windows 10 Mobile hotspot not working because of firewall

Sir... I'm from the Philippines...regarding in what situation is all about... I having problem too, its about my Avast Firewall, it's act to block my Windows 10 Hotspot, i figure it out that my problem of having disconnection when i active my win 10 hotspot while avast is on, when i disable it, my hotspot works......can you tell me step by step how to configure to work properly my win 10 hotspot while the avast firewall is on???....by the way I'm just disable only firewall of avast but the whole operation of my anti-virus is working, just the Firewall...and its work while i disable Avast Firewall....PLS help me about it!
