Windows 10: Windows 10 how to open multiple shortcuts simultaneously ?

is it possible to open several shortcuts in File Explorer ?File Explorer allows selection of multiple shortcuts but only one is opened.I know Batch file can do but wish to avoid maintenance of scripting.There's 3rd party apps like following to do but not yet allowed in my enviroment.TaskSpace groups applications into a single window task space to provide fast and easy access to multiple applications simultaneously no Alt+Tab switching and/or searching for a program

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Keyboard shortcuts to open programs:

Create a shortcut on the desktop to whatever program you want. Right click -> Properties and fill in the field there. Sadly the shortcut needs to remain on the desktop, but you can hide it.

Fun fact: If you had keyboard shortcuts for programs pinned to your Windows 7 start menu, those shortcuts still work when you update to Windows 10.

  Open multiple apps that you want.

  Right click on the task bar.
  
• 
  From the jump menu select Show all windows side by side.
