Windows 10: Windows 10 Icons

I recently moved all my game files from my c drive to another drive to free up space. When i launch some applications the taskbar icon doesn't display the image for the application, just a windows paper image. The strange thing is that its only doing it for 2 applications out of the several I move over to a different drive? Anyone know how i can fix the taskbar icon image issue? Thank you in advance.

I also wanted to mention that when I go into apps and features in the control panel the games I moved don't have their icons anymore and i tried deleting one of the apps and it told me that the app may have already been deleted because windows couldn't find it (even though i know the app is still on my PC just on a different drive). This prompts me to ask, does the apps and features setting in the control panel only detect the apps that are installed on the C drive?

Windows 10 desktop icons not in order

In ccleaner, did you uncheck cleaning the icon cache... have not used in a while; however, I think that is what the option is called.

Now, if you are setting the icons and they move after you have set the settings and not changed them... you may have the "Random Windows 10 Icon movement problem".
Some people have this and some don't.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
