    Windows 10 Image Backup


    Hi,

    Please help me as fast as you can!

    I have created a WindowsImageBackup and saved it to an external hard drive with another folder having my personal files on in. so now my hard drive have 2 folders the imagebackup and personal folder. after creating the windows image it asked me to create a repair drive but i skipped this step the i installed windows 8.1 and when my windows 8.1 opened i cleaned up my C drive including previous windows installation(s) and everything thing.

    now i need to go back to windows 10 with my apps and settings!

    what should i do? I don't have neither bootable usb drive with any windows version nor a system repair drive!

    If i was able to create either a bootable use or repair disk, how much space should the drive have?

    will i have to remove the personal folder from my external hard drive and keep only the WindowsImageBackup folder to restore my old windows and settings?

    please give me clear instructions to restore my laptop as fast as i can!

    no, you can't go back..
    I suggest creating a backup image of your os drive

    its already there. there is a hard set factory image from samsung. problem is it takes a long time to get that backup into the drive again and destroys the C drive data.

    so looks like i wont be trying windows 10 anytime soon *Stick Out Tongue Windows 10 Image Backup :p

    Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?
