Windows 10: Windows 10 inaccessible boot device

I need help, so my disk was at 100% usage in the task manager so I followed this tutorial. After I've done everything (except the solution 3,4 and 5) I restarted the PC. It booted, and after a few minutes, it appeared the text "Your PC ran into a problem and it might need restart. We will restart it for you. Error Inaccessible boot device". After it restarted, it appeared the automatic repair boot, and after the dots spun, it got into a black screen where I can see my mouse cursor, and I can move it. My pc spec are: Windows 10 pro, i3 8100 3.4 ghz, 8 gb ram ddr4 2666 mhz hyperx and geforge gtx 1060 6 gb. If you need more informations, ask me

I'm not sure if this is helpful, but maybe you can have a try. Windows operating system backups a working registry for recovery purpose. You can perform registry backup restoring to fix the inaccessible boot device error. The pre-condition is that you can access to the Advanced startup opotions of your PC. You'll need to use the command prompt.
