Windows 10: Windows 10 incorrectly tells me I don't meet the requirements for Windows 11?

Hi,Today I enabled TPM 2.0 on my device and ran the PC Health Check App. The Health Check App tells me that my PC meets Windows 11 requirements, but in the Windows Update section of Settings, it still says this PC doesn't currently meet all the system requirements for Windows 11. I have restarted my PC already but that didn't work.Is it simply that Windows 11 isn't being rolled out to my device yet and I just have to wait?Thanks

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Thanks but I don't want to do any decrypting. I want to download a Win 10 ISO from Microsoft and install it using my Win 8 key. No other steps required. Is that possible?
