  1. Windows 10 Indexer Backoff

I have done this many times before and am not sure why it isn't working. I just got a new laptop and installed the latest version of Win10, 1909. After installing office and setting everything up, I typically turn off the indexing back-off group policy to allow my stuff to index faster. After doing that my indexing still says it is "reduced speed due to user activity". It appears this isn't working and am looking for help to fix it.

I have already tried rebuilding the indexing and it did nothing. I have turned it on and off several times and nothing. I have rebooted and nothing. In searching forums, it appears there is a reg key you can edit for Win7, but can't find this in Win10.
