Windows 10: Windows 10 infinite boot loop

Hi! I’ve got this infinite boot loop problem, but it’s a little bit different from what I’ve seen on all the other posts. So, my pc boots, and then it keeps loading. I tried restarting it, it runs the automatic repair tool, but it also gets into an infinite loop. After that, i tried booting from usb, but it also gets into an infinite loop. This method worked for most people, but it seems that it won’t do anything different for me.

Any suggestions ? What should i do? My 1st boot priority is already set to cd/dvd but still detects sata device 2 as the dvd

it looks like you are not booting from the dvd but this is from your video

And if there is out there are new bios driver won't hurt I noticed that his 2009 I wonder if there have a new one out there

As you are facing issue with Boot loop, I suggest you to perform a Startup Repair by following the steps provided below:

• Go to the Microsoft software download website and create Windows 10
  installation media.
• Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC.
• On the Install Windows screen, select Repair your computer.
• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot>Advanced Options.
• Click on Startup Repair.

After the repair is complete, check for status.
