Windows 10: Windows 10 initializatiom stuck in a loop

I just got a new Dell inspiron 5000. I'm trying to initialize it (first login), but I'm sytuck in a loop, Windows didn't accept my old password, so I used another laptop to change my password. Now, I'm stuck at the "Verify Your Identity" page, but I can't seem to get off it. When I enter my new password and hit "Enter," I get a "Your session has timed out. Please restart the process" message. It appears I'm stuck, and stuck good. How do I get out of this loop? I'll settle for restarting the whole process from square one. I've brought up Windows several times, but I've never run into this before. Any help would be deeply appreciated.

Windows stuck on previous restoring loop
