    Cannot toggle between windows after March Updates

    This issue sounds like a Bug Fix for the Windows 10 Creators Update Build 15048.

    Windows 10 Insider Build 15048 for PC and 15047 for Mobile Available Now

    We fixed an issue resulting in emails from Outlook 2016 not opening in the foreground after tapping on the corresponding notification.

    PLEASE add this fix for
    Windows 10 Version 1607!

    It appears to be affecting more apps than just Outlook.
