Windows 10: Windows 10 install blue screen reboot loop

Issue

After new Windows 10 was started to install, the system crashed after part 1. Now caught in a reboot loop with Error Code “Critical Service Failed”.



System

CPU AMD 3400G

Motherboard ASUS ROG STRIX X570-I Gaming

SSD 1Tb PCIe Gen3 M.2 NVMe

RAM G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4 3200 16Gb x2

*According to each manufacturer, all hardware is compatible. CPU, Devices and memory are all seen in BIOS v 2407 American Megatrends



Attempted the following:

Reformatted SSD

Cleared CMOS

Switched Memory

Did several hard shutoffs and restarts

Reloaded optimized default settings in BIOS several times and restarted

Entered advanced options F8: basic Safe Mode and all other options had no effect.

Looked through “How to Fix Windows 10 Setup Failure” no help.



Still get blue screen with “Critical Service Failed” looping.....


How does one fix this?

Blue screen of death reboot loop

someone please help me out. I am right now on the blue screen loop. So I already try and install the windows 10 from my usb but it doesnt work either. I follow the process and try to do a clean installaiton but still, another blue screen pops and the loop starts again. I have installed on my cmputer 4 different windows 10. I dont care anymore about my files i just want my computer. Please someone help me

I've tried the instructions as you suggested, but the startup repair comes back with it couldn't repair the PC. Advising to try other options.

the only option that gets me up to my desktop view is to re-install (keeping my files) as stated. But when doing updates some of them require rebooting, which then goes back into the same looping blue screen

• Have you checked if the hard disk is set as first boot device in the BIOS?
• Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
• What did the HP supported suggested you to fix the issue?
