Windows 10: Windows 10 install corrupt or faulty after fresh install

System: CPU: i9 13900kGPU: RTX 4090Mobo: ASUS B 760f WIFISSD: 2xSamsung 980 PRO 1TB in m2. Slot 1 and 2RAM: Kingston FURY DDR5 32 Gb 6000 MhzPSU: be Quit! Straight Line 1000WI Build this system 9 month ago, set ip up with Win 11 at that time and it ran perfectly fine for 9 month. With the Windows update in December it started to behave weirdly. I got several BSODs Thread Exception not Handled and Service Exception after that Update. It actually got into Windows after a short while and worked fine even under stress until the next Update. The January Update killed it and i was trapped in a b

Fresh installs do it too, in fact i have had the same bs happen. Might be suggested apps which you can turn off.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
