Windows 10: windows 10 install in french by default want it in english

hello i have a user that have windows 10 in french but he want the system in English i install the English language pack and check the setting in admin language setting some part are in English but some other remain in french like the recycle bin etc...any idea ?

I suggest you to change the Language and date & time settings again. Follow the below steps.

  Open the Start menu and type
  Settings in the search bar.

  Click on Time and Language.
  
• 
  Select the Region and Language and make sure that you select
  Country and region to French Guina.
  
• 
  Under the Language click on
  Add a language and download the French language pack.
  
• 
  After the language pack has downloaded, click on
  French language pack and Set as default
  
• 
  Close the settings and Reboot the computer for the changes to take effect.
  

I suggest you to change the time of the system also accordingly for the changes to take effectively.

Speech recognition in English for Windows 10 French

Go to Control Panel - Speech Recognition. Click Advanced speech options in upper right. In the drop down list for Language see if English is available. If not, go back to Control Panel - Language and Add a language. You may have to go back to Advanced speech
options to set English as the default.

I tried... and no change. Start menu, File manager, Control panel... all that comes out of Windows 10 is still in English.

Under Language, I already had «French Canada» as the default setting. I did download «French France» hoping it would change something: it didn't. I returned to French Canada and still English. When I first installed Win10, it worked well and in French for
a few days (and a few reboots). All I can remember is that following a Win10 update, my OS became English.

Anything else I could try?
