Windows 10: Windows 10 install problem

I am trying to install Windows 10 on a Dell Latitude 5424 Rugged I went into the BIO's and turned on Legacy boot so I can boot from a USB.Here are the steps I follow. Start Laptop in boot F'12Choose USBChose install windows 10Format and delete Partition'sCreate New partitionsAccept the License termsSelect Install NowIt goes to 100% then says it needs a restart. Once it restarts it loads from the USB again.If I remove the USB it says No Boot Device found. Press any key to reboot. The laptop was working fine before I tried to reinstall windows. Lol. windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP
