Windows 10: Windows 10 install stuck at 5% for over 24 hours

The PC in question is an HP 310t, two reformatted 500gb HDD running RAID1. I've already taken all the ram out except for one 4gb stick in the second dimm channel. All other drives that could possibly be interfering have been removed and boot priority has been set to the usb containing the windows 10 install. The longest attempt was something close to 30+ hours of allowing the installer to attempt to do its magic, but was stopped by a two second power outage.

Windows 10. 12 to 24 hours

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

To change the time format from 12 hour to 24 hour in Windows 10.

Follow the steps:

• Navigate to Control panel.
• In the category view of the control panel, click on the
  ‘Change date, time, or number formats’.
• Change the short time to HH:mm from the drop down.
• Press Apply to make the changes.
• Now your time format will change to 24 hour format.

  I have attempted anniversary update six times. This time I booted my notebook with a USB device made from my desktop which has been successfully updated to anniversary edition, to fix any startup problems. I also followed your procedure, above. The update
  will download, and load. At 25% on bluescreen, it will restart and load to 75% and then it tries to restart but stalls for hours. I then force power off and on twice and it re-installs old version of Windows 10.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
