Windows 10: Windows 10 installation: Couldn't create a new partition or locate an existing one

I'm trying install Windows 10 to a Dell XPS 9360 laptop from 2018 I've had Debian on for the last couple of years, but which originally came with Win 10. I downloaded the installation media from Microsoft site and created a bootable USB drive on my Macbook. The installation loads, I'm able to repartition and format the hard drive, but when I select the partition and click next, I always get the error "Couldn't create a new partition or locate an existing one. For more information see Setup log files".Things I've tried:Both disabling and enabling UEFI secure boot and legacy boot options from BI

Try this:

Before you get to that message, press SHIFT + F10 to open a command prompt.

Run diskpart.
At the diskpart prompt, run these commands:

list disk

At this point you should see the SSD as disk 0. If it has another disk number, use that number rather than "0" in the next command.

select disk 0
clean
exit (to exit from diskpart)
exit (to exit from the command prompt)





That should clear the contents of the disk. The entire disk space should then show up in Windows setup as "Unallocated Space" as in the screenshot below.

I am trying to install windows 10 1909 downloaded from microsoft download page into my m.2 drive. I want to use mbr system so I made sure that my m.2 drive is mbr using AOMEI partition tool but the problem when I run the windows 10 setup I get this error when I select my m.2 partition

I tried the steps in this link but it did not work:

I tried also to convert my drive to GPT but I get error : partition is of GPT style !!!! however I want to use mbr so please help me to install it a mbr
