    windows 10 installation does not see my nvme2 drive. Can't figure out how to get it to see it.


    The brand new computer came with windows 11 installed. so we wanted to go back to windows 10. We have tried everything to get the installation to see the drive but nothing works. it is a WD Green 2TB serial number 22465J803365
