Windows 10: Windows 10 installation error

Thank you so much topgundcp, I used the option for the gpt disk and disabled both secure boot and the legacy boot options and now its installing. Thanks a lot you just save a life.

 

I am trying to install windows 10 on a system with no os and I got the error that windows can only be installed on a gpt disk so I converted it to GBT from MBR now its give me the error that a new partition can not be created or found. I have tried using the diskpart to solve it but its not working.
Please how can I solve this and fully install windows 10 on my system

How to Install Windows 10 on Devices with Limited Space

Even though I have an external device with more than 40 Gb capacity and the assistant recognizes it, it still keeps asking me to free 5 more Gb from the (unit C.

I have 3'62 Gb free memory in (Unit C. It asks me to free 5'63 Gb more. That'll make a total of 9'25 GB. The assistant needs 9'80 GB free memory to update windows 10 without any external device. Does this mean that my external device will only be used
for 0'55 GB? Please I don't understant anything. I just want my laptop to work. I'd stay with my actual version but it keeps showing me ads, interrupting my work and deleting random stuff because of uninterruptible random updates. It has already freed 3 GB
and I dont even know where from.

Disconnect everything except mouse, keyboard, the HD/SSD you plan to install Windows and the installation USB/DVD.

If you want to install using GPT disk. Access BIOS then:

• Disable CSM & Secure Boot.
• Set first boot device to boot from the installation USB/DVD with UEFI prefix ex: UEFI-Sandisk
  NOTE: If booting from Boot Menu, Select one with UEFI prefix.
• Once booted, on first screen, press SHIFT+F10 to open Command prompt and type:
  diskpart
  select disk 0
  clean
  exit
  exit
• Continue the installation->Custom->Select unallocated disk (Do not format)->Click Next

If you want to install using MBR disk, Access BIOS then:

• Enable CSM
• Set first boot device to one without UEFI prefix.
  NOTE: If booting from Boot Menu, Select one without UEFI prefix.
• Do steps 3 & 4 above.
