    Windows 10 Installation Fail


    Greetings


    I purchased Windows 10 to upgrade my Gateway Laptop from Windows 7 yesterday. I purchased the download from the Microsoft website. I was given a Windows 10 Key. I have tried twice to download. Everything is fine until I get to the portion where is says "Getting Updates". It gets up to 46% and gets stuck there. I have let it run for hours to see if it progresses...it does not. At this point, unless this can be resolved, I'll be seeking a refund. How can this be resolved?

    Windows Updates failed to instal

    I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
