Windows 10: windows 10 installation failed

Hello

I have a question about windows 10 installation.

I have a acer laptop with windows 8 operating system trying to install windows 10 pro version, but this is the second time that i am going through the downloading process and waiting for nearly 6 to 8 hours till it reaches the last stage of its ending but suddenly it shows a box saying windows 10 installation failed and on the second try just before half way through it says ( there is a problem running this tool).I have also disabled the antivirus, can i please have a solution to this problem

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
