I've purchased Windows 10 and have tried numerous times to install it and it keeps failing. I checked the system requirements prior to purchasing so know these are OK.I have tried installing any updates and disabling my anti virus software.The message it gives when installation has failed is:0x8007001F - 0x20006'The installation failed in the SAFE-OS phase with an error during REPLICATE-OC operation'I have copied the logs but they mean nothing to me.Please can somebody assist?Many thanks.

I have the same problem but on windows 7, I open your link but I can't find the solution of my problem.

My error is the same "Installation failed in SAFE-OS phase"

"Application Install install package failure!" while installing 13.9

Running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and MSI 6970 Lightning.

I was upgrading from 13.4 after I did a clean uninstall with AMD Catalyst Install Manager.

Doesn't say what installation failed in the install log. Everything in the log says Success but at the very bottom it says "Application Install: install package failure!" but doesn't say what failed to install.

I only install video drivers and no CCC.

The only thing I noticed is AMD Catalyst Install Manager is not listed in my programs list.

 

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time
