Windows 10 installation not allowing network connection

So i have a computer that has had a 1 tb hdd hardrive for years, but recently i have upgraded to an ssd and wanted to install windows 10 on my ssd, while still keeping my hdd as extra storage. So i plugged in my windows 10 usb installation usb drive and booted off of that. While in the installation process I used diskpart in command prompt to conpletely clean my hdd, which had windows 10 installed on it. I then proceeded with the dowbload for the ssd and finally got to the setup screens and everything was going well until i got onto the network screen, i sat there for about 30 minutes and nothing popped up. I have an ethernet connection with my router and the network was working fine on my old instance of Windows 10, but i ended up pressing skip this step, thinking that i could do it later. Next was supposed to be the microsoft account login, but i guess because of no internet connection I couldn't login and was told to put in my name. I put in my password and finished the setup but was brought to my desktop with no internet connection and no access to my microsoft account. I have tried many different ways to get my network to connect, but nothing has worked yet. I've even booted back up off of the Windows 10 usb and wiped my ssd, thinking that I could just go back to Windows 10 on my hdd. I went through the setup until the network screen and was left disconnected on my hdd instance of Windows 10. I cannot figure out whats happening and have been trying to fix ny computer for days. Whenever I do the network troubleshoot it says that Windows did not detect a properly installed network adapter. My specs on my computer are an Intel 17 9700k, an NVidia GTX 1060 6gb, 16 gigs of ddr4 ram, and of course my 1tb hdd and 1tb ssd.

    :)

  3. Losing network connection

Hello Dear, if you have a laptop or a PC with a wireless network adapter, you can see a list of available wireless networks and then connect to one of those networks. The wireless networks will only appear if your PC has a wireless network adapter installed, the adapter is turned on, and the wireless access point is in range.

    1. Click Start, click Control Panel, click Network and Internet Connections, and then click Network Connections.

    2. In the left pane, under Network Tasks, click View available wireless networks.
In case, If you don't see the network you want to connect to, click Refresh network list. If you see the network but the signal is weak, move the PC closer to the wireless router.

    3. Click the network you want to connect to, and then click Connect.

    4. If you're connecting to a secure network, type the security key, and then click OK.

I Hope you solve out your query soon.
