Windows 10: Windows 10 Installation Stuck at 50% on Blue Screen

I was doing an upgrade from windows 7 Professional to Windows 10 Professional, and all was going well until in like the final installation phase on the blue screen, it froze at 50 percent (even the dotted circle animation). I dont know what to do so please help.


My PC is a Dell OptiPlex 7010 with 16GBs of DDR3 RAM, Core i5-3470, and a 500GB SSHD for storage.
