Windows 10: Windows 10 installing on Laptop with broken screen

My friend's laptop screen does not work. Thankfully he can just plug it into a TV or monitor with HDMI. The problem we have run into is after the installation finished step, we have no more screen, thus no way to navigate the rest of the setup. After it installs, the screen immediately reverts back to the laptop and hitting FN+F8 to then put it back to the working TV screen works but with a broken picture as if we can't do that during this step. Works just fine for all other steps.

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

By broken screen you mean laptops with detachable screen right? I was like 'Why broken screen when you can get a lot of second hand laptops with screens working for possibly same price?'
