Windows 10: windows 10 installshield wizard

So im trying to install a program through installshield wizard, but the problem is that its trying to install the files to the C drive which has no open space. Im trying to install the files to a different drive but i dont know how. Could yall help me out?

I can't install or update a program called Clear.fi on my computer. InstallShield Wizard starts to install it, but suddently this pops-up and the installation stops:

InstallShield Wizard

Error: 0x80040707

DLL-function call crashed: GetDXver.GetDXVersion

The installation is terminated

Do you guys know what is causing it, and how I can fix it?

(I'm running Windows 10, upgraded from Win7)

Have you tried Running in compatibility mode select Windows 7 compatibility in program properties. Also right click "run as administrator". Hopefully this will fix the fact that Windows 10 use DirectX version 14. This is a DirectX call that's causing your
problem and you may need to find old compiler libraries off the net as well.

 

Windows 10 InstallShield Wizard

Hi I am having a trouble with my InstallShield Wizard (or so I think).

I was trying to install Guitar Hero World Tour on my laptop and everything was going well up until the point that the InstallShield Wizard told me to choose where my game is going to be installed. After I choose, I click next and then my cursor just show
me the blue round icon. And that's it. Nothing more. Thus, I can't install it.

Does anyone have a solution fo this problem?

Is it my game or is it my installer?

Please help
