It's odd that only the sharp sign was transposed and not the other characters HTTP:// (HTTP%3A%2F%2F)

It seem things work different across the different forums.

 

Yeah I noticed that # converting to %23 in Excel Online, whatever I do. I am unable to find a solution for this, I think I have to try the Google Docs Sheet or something. Have to check from John if the Google Docs tags work or not...

Funny thing, the links worked if copied and pasted in browser.

 

BTW, I had this thread ready a bit sooner if there wasn't this obstacle for a speed poster like me *Smile.

 

Try anchoring the URL to the text in Excel. Seemed to work for me.
Getting the sheet here was more work than the other testing.

The sheet below was created using the HYPERLINK function as opposed to anchoring the URL to the text)

 

I am doing it exactly like this, however when you click my links with thread_URL.html#PostNumber, they are converted to thread_URL.html%23PostNumber​, causing the first post to be shown whatever link you click.

Something funny, I just have to find out what...

 

You could also use the new version of google sheets. The code is just a little different than what is in the BBcode tuts

I could, yes. Just a minor issue there: I am a devoted Windows & MS fan boy *Smile, and not ashamed of that. I will first try my best to solve this issue using an MS solution and application before going to the Dark Side.

If you enable download on the sheet, I can look at the native Excel.
No need to change embed in Post#1, put in in a new post.

 

Download has been enabled all the time, download button at the bottom right of the worksheet:





Anyway, links work now, found a fix.

Kari, is there a way to see these videos in a larger version? I cannot read the print in the very small windows. I tried clicking on them to watch on You Tube, but it said I need a plug in, but didn't ID which one. *Sad

 

I don't get it? They are normal YouTube videos, totally viewable in YouTube where you can select Full Screen. See the short video below, it has no narration nor audio but it shows what I mean:

Click the YouTube logo / link at the bottom right to open in YouTube, set it to Full Screen.
