    Windows 10 Intermittent error, auto shutdown and restart


    GreetingsI have Windows 10 Pro, which came installed on a Dell Latitude 7480 laptop. The laptop is a refurbished lease return. Initially worked just fine, and I love it. For the last month plus, it has intermittently gone to blue screen with a Windows error message: "Oops.! Your device ran into a problem and has to shut down". it shuts down before I could copy the rest of it, but said something about gathering some error info and will be restarting. It does, and things go on normally, until it happens again. No set pattern of zonking out, and it never tells me what the "problem" is.Ha

    auto trivia restart script?

    I know everyone is so busy here so I'm suggesting an auto restart script so trivia is a benefit instead of a burden. Can anyone make this script?

    Still not helpful with the steps given above. I cannot find the auto shutdown problem.

    I believe my Dell Unit has been installed with Advance System Care 9 with its auto shutdown but it was already uninstalled can no longer identify what makes it auto shutdown still.
